Habitat for Humanity of Washington & Dodge Counties will pilot a Rock the Block event this spring in Dodge County!  Join us on Friday, May 13th at The Thirsty Beaver for a Volunteer Happy Hour from 4:00 to 6:00 PM to get your shirt, release form, and have a drink and snack ON US! Then on Saturday, May 14th, Habitat will partner with Beaver Dam’s Mayor, Rebecca Glewen to bring beautification projects to Madison Street on the east side of town with the help of the Habitat ReStore and manager, Laura Goral.  Goral first came up with the idea to bring Rock the Block to Madison Street after seeing the beautiful changes made in the downtown district.  United Way of Dodge County will be our event sponsor in 2022!  Linda Chipman of Chippys’ Popcorn has already signed on to be a sponsor and The Thirsty Beaver will host a launch party on Friday, May 13th.  Habitat is currently looking for volunteers for the event!
